GLOBAL PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME (GPCP)
We offer proprietary employability-skills training under our flagship core program, Global Professional Certificate Programme (GPCP) for graduates, post-graduates and fresh recruits. This, for the first time, addresses and bridges historic gaps between international business requirements and the ability of our education system and training industry to meet them.
Vijyoti’s close association with the senior management in the Corporate world, and extensive and intensive research, conducted over 18 months, on employability skill-set required by the corporate sector, has helped us identify exactly the kind of skills, knowledge and attitude they desire in fresh recruits, but do not find when their recruiters visit campuses for hiring young talent. This consultative process with the corporate sector and research has revealed the critical employability skills-set, in addition to technical knowledge and skills, required by employers across sectors.
GPCP is structured to train and equip our graduates, post-graduates, and professionals to acquire employability skills required by multi-sector employers, and become globally employable.

GPCP Offering
Vijyoti’s GPCP offers a 175-hours employability training programme to graduates and post-graduates in their final academic year of study, and new recruits of the corporate sector, directed at making them globally employable. The programme provides education in:

Cultural sensitization is addressed by both the ‘Communications’ and ‘Interpersonal Skills’ modules and serves as a cornerstone of our core program.
GPCP is structured to meet the needs of the corporate sector for entry-level trained personnel and also for in-service employees seeking career advancement. GPCP also adapts to meet the learning requirements of final year students pursuing MBA in management institutes/schools and getting ready to face campus interviews. Such training will be provided onsite in the fourth quarter of the MBA final year program before placement interviews.
The training content is proprietary and developed by a team of international professionals operating at the frontiers of knowledge. The content development has been supervised and peer-reviewed by Vijyoti’s International Advisory Board.
GPCP is conducted in an experiential learning mode by our Indian and international faculty with global experience in human capital development.
Implementation Of GPCP
Vijyoti works as a knowledge partner of colleges affiliated with recognized Indian universities and academic institutions on a revenue sharing basis to implement GPCP on-site. For this, the college/institute and Vijyoti enter into an MOU or Agreement.
Additionally, GPCP is implemented by admitting students directly to the programme.
Internship for GPCP Trainees
Vijyoti has agreements for four to six weeks internships for Vijyoti’s trainees with a number of blue chip Indian and multinational companies as well as companies based in North America, and Philippines.
Global Placement
Vijyoti leverages its network of select national and international recruitment agencies to facilitate placement of students qualifying GPCP. Our in-house placement cell, in conjunction with recruitment agencies, is responsible for placing our qualified students in select Fortune 1000 companies.
The non-Vijyoti jobseekers, recommended for placement by us, will have to mandatorily meet the minimum qualification criteria in employability skills as developed by Vijyoti.
